It has an Intel Centrino Wireless-N network adapter, I've checked the physical connection on the bluetooth, everything seems fine. I've also downloaded and installed the latest driver direct from the Intel website. If I go to device manager and check the network adapter it says it is working correctly, also if I go to services there are 4 items related to bluetooth, they are all showing as started and set to automatic.
I have no bluetooth icon in system tray, also if I type bluetooth in the search bar from start menu it doesn't find any bluetooth services.
